This week we are taking part in Road Safety Week, coordinated by Brake, the road safety charity.

Over the course of the week we will be sending out a range tips and hints to promote and encourage safe driving so we can all travel to and from and work and go about our day to day business safely!  Some of these tips and hints will also help to ensure our employees are driving around in line with current law and in line with our internal policies.

This year’s theme is Road Safety Heroes: everyone and anyone who helps make journeys safer and healthier or helps care for someone after an accident.

Each day of the week focuses on a different set of heroes so we will be focusing some of our information on these groups as well as sharing important company information with our teams.

Brake is a road safety charity working with communities and organisations across the UK to stop the tragedy of road deaths and injuries, make streets and communities safer for everyone, and support people bereaved and seriously injured on roads.

Their vision is for zero road deaths and serious injuries and a world where everyone moves in a safe and healthy way, as part of our normal day.
