Meet our Team

Our skilled and friendly team are the backbone of Windsor Waste Management. Our clients really value our professional and personal service, setting us apart of the competition.

Senior Team

Tony Windsor

Owner & Founder

I have spent almost 30 years in the recycling and waste management industry and established Windsor Waste Management in 2000.  I wanted to build a service-driven company and I enjoy working with a great team who makes my vision a reality and who delivers a professional and personal service to our clients.  Outside of work, I am trying to find the time to play village cricket and more golf whilst spending time with my family – that is the toughest challenge!

Roland Archer

Group Commercial Director

I started in the waste sector in 2006, bringing passion, energy and a huge amount of industry knowledge and expertise to the table. Since joining the Windsor Integrated Services Group, I have implemented several new strategies across our operational markets which will support the delivery of profitable growth for the business.

Away from work I am a keen cook and average golfer.

Faye Windsor

Group Operations Director

I have worked for Windsor Waste Management since 2002 and am employed as the Senior Projects Manager.  For those of you that think I’m married to Tony Windsor, you couldn’t be more wrong – he’s my brother and I actually have far better taste in men (debatable, I hear my colleagues say!).  My role is a diverse one and covers a little bit of everything each day. It certainly keeps me busy and unfortunately does not allow much time for making tea…

Sales Team

Iain Harding

Head of Key Accounts

I started with Windsor Waste Management in 2020 as an account manager and now I am Head of Key accounts.

My job involves close and regular interaction with clients, helping to service their waste requirements and providing bespoke and cost-effective solutions where required I enjoy each day as it presents new challenges.

Outside of work I enjoy travel, hiking ,motorsport and have a passion for Tanks!

Nicholas Booth

Client Relationship Manager

Having worked in the waste sector for several years, with both hazardous and PWS, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge from supporting an array of clients. My previous experience includes being hands on in removing waste from site which helps me to understand how to support clients at site level. It’s great to be able to use my skills to help customers with their requirements and give them the support they need no matter how simple or complex. Outside of work I enjoy spending time in the gym and need to learn how to play golf. However, time with my family comes first.

Gabby Sarbutts

Client Relationship Executive

I started at Windsor Waste in 2023 as a Sales Administrator and with a natural flair for sales was promoted to Client Relationship Executive in 2024.

The thing I enjoy about my role is meeting and speaking with different customers every day. It’s great to be able to use my extensive knowledge to help our customers with whatever they need.

Outside of work I tend to be in the gym or on holiday. A little fun fact, prior to working for Windsor Waste, I was a swimming teacher.

Cerys Barrett

Client Relationship Executive

I joined Windsor Waste in November 2022 as an Operation Assistant and was promoted to Client Relationship Executive in 2024.
My favourite part of my job is speaking with our clients on a day to day basis to assist them with any waste needs that they have.
Prior to working here, I didn’t have great geographic skills and thought that Coventry was in London, and that Covent Garden was actually Coventry Gardens. The office had a great laugh that day (I can now say that my geography has improved, and I do know where Coventry actually is).

Operations Team

Joe Neill

Operations Manager

I joined Windsor Waste Management in July 2024. Prior to my start at WWM, I gained over 10 years of experience in the waste management industry – beginning as a driver, through to transport, and finally operations.

I am responsible for the day to day running of operations within the company, ensuring compliance regarding waste management, transport management, company policies and all aspects of health and safety are met.

Outside of work, I prioritise spending time with my family. That’s the most important thing!

Megan Robson

Operations Team Leader

I joined Windsor Waste in November 2015 and over the years have learned a great deal about the waste industry and hazardous waste management. Since joining WWM my role has grown and adapted as I have taken on more responsibility within the business. I enjoy working with the operations, transport, and sales teams to provide our customers with an efficient and reliable service, as well as building long lasting relationships with our customers.
I love going on holiday, so take every opportunity I can. I enjoy spending time outdoors, either walking or kayaking. I used to play rugby when I was younger and still a big rugby fan, so enjoying going to games when I can.

Hollie Knifton

Operations Assistant

I joined Windsor Waste in 2022 with plenty of customer service experience from previous roles. Currently I am part of the operations team, making sure our customers are getting the service they deserve. I have learned so much already about the waste industry and look forward to expanding my knowledge.

Outside of work I like to spend most of my time with family and friends –  especially my grandma! When I am not with them, I am with my partner doing something outdoors. We love to wild camp at any chance we get. The best place we have been so far is Wales and what a trip that was!

Millie Halls

Transport Planner

I joined the Windsor Waste team in February 2025, bringing five years of experience in the transport industry.

I’ve worked in both the construction and automotive sectors, managing fleets ranging from 10 to 80 vehicles. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy that no two days are the same. Whilst some days are challenging, I find the role incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and hitting the golf course (when the weather is nice).

Windsor Waste Management respects the privacy of those staff who choose not to have their photos displayed online.
