Meet our Team

Our skilled and friendly team are the backbone of Windsor Waste Management. Our clients really value our professional and personal service, setting us apart of the competition.

Senior Team

Tony Windsor

Owner & Founder

I have spent almost 30 years in the recycling and waste management industry and established Windsor Waste Management in 2000.  I wanted to build a service-driven company and I enjoy working with a great team who makes my vision a reality and who delivers a professional and personal service to our clients.  Outside of work, I am trying to find the time to play village cricket and more golf whilst spending time with my family – that is the toughest challenge!

Tony McPartland

Group Managing Director

I joined the group in 2020 with over 13 years of experience in the waste industry. Since then, I have helped steer the company through unprecedented times and spearheaded a new brand direction to better reflect what we do.

I was awarded the prestigious 35-under-35 award status for two years in a row, which recognises young rising stars who are striving for professional excellence in the recycling and waste management industry.

Roland Archer

Group Sales Director

I started in the waste sector in 2006, bringing passion, energy and a huge amount of industry knowledge and expertise to the table. Since joining the Windsor Integrated Services Group, I have implemented several new strategies across our operational markets which will support the delivery of profitable growth for the business.

Away from work I am a keen cook and average golfer.

Faye Windsor

Group Operations Director

I have worked for Windsor Waste Management since 2002 and am employed as the Senior Projects Manager.  For those of you that think I’m married to Tony Windsor, you couldn’t be more wrong – he’s my brother and I actually have far better taste in men (debatable, I hear my colleagues say!).  My role is a diverse one and covers a little bit of everything each day. It certainly keeps me busy and unfortunately does not allow much time for making tea…

Sales Team

Iain Harding

Head of Key Accounts

I started with Windsor Waste Management in 2020 as an account manager and now I am Head of Key accounts.

My job involves close and regular interaction with clients, helping to service their waste requirements and providing bespoke and cost-effective solutions where required I enjoy each day as it presents new challenges.

Outside of work I enjoy travel, hiking ,motorsport and have a passion for Tanks!

Nicholas Booth

Client Relationship Manager

Having worked within the waste sector for several years, with both hazardous and problematic waste streams, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge from working with and supporting an array of different clients. My previous experience includes being hands on in removing waste from site which helps me to understand how to support clients at site level. It’s great to be able to use my skills to help customers with their waste requirements and give them the support they need no matter how simple or complex it may be.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time in the gym and need to learn how to play golf. However, time with my family comes first.

Gabby Sarbutts

Client Relationship Executive

I started at Windsor Waste in April 2023 as a Sales Administrator and with a natural flair for sales have been promoted to Client Relationship Executive in March 2024.

The thing I enjoy about my role is speaking with different customers every day & constantly learning about the waste industry. It’s great to be able to use my extensive knowledge to help our customers with whatever they need.

Outside of work I tend to be in the gym or on holiday. A little fun fact, prior to working for Windsor Waste, I was a customer service representative elsewhere and I was also a swimming teaching for years.

Cerys Barrett

Developer

I joined Windsor Waste in November 2022 as an Operation Assistant and was promoted to Commercial Sales Administrator in March 2024.

Previous to this I was an Estate Agent, so a complete change of role.
My favourite part of my job is speaking with our clients on a day to day basis whether that’s over the phone, on email or in person to assist them with any waste needs that they have.

Prior to working here, I did not have great geographic skills and thought that Coventry was in London, and that Covent Garden was actually Coventry gardens, the office had a great laugh that day (I can now say that my geography has improved, and i now know where Coventry actually is)

Support Team

Megan Robson

Operations Team Leader

I joined Windsor Waste Management in November 2015 and over the years have learnt a great deal about the waste industry and hazardous waste management. Since joining WWM my role has grown and adapted over time as I have taken on more responsibility within the business. I enjoy working with the operations, transport, and sales teams to provide our customers with an efficient and reliable service, as well as building long lasting relationships with our customers.

I love going on holiday, so take every opportunity I can to jet off somewhere new. I enjoy spending time outdoors, either walking or kayaking. I used to play rugby when I was younger and still a big rugby fan, so enjoying going to games when I can.

Courtney Payne

Operations Assistant

I joined Windsor Waste Management in May 2023 as a Sales Administrator working alongside Gabby.

Previous to this, I worked as a dance teacher – So a complete change of career.

Since joining Windsor Waste, I have gained huge amount of knowledge in Hazardous waste. I enjoy that every day is different and brings its new challenges.

Outside of work I am a mother and I love spending time with my family.

I enjoy going to the gym and getting on a plane!

Fun Fact: I was a world champion in Ballroom and Latin dancing, I travelled the world and represented my country.

Hollie Knifton

Operations Assistant

I joined Windsor waste in November 2022, getting the job here was a god send as because of Covid I was in a very sticky situation due to being made redundant.  I have worked in many different customer service jobs but my most recent was for a flooring company as a customer service assistance. Currently I am part of the operations team with Cerys making sure our customers are getting the service they deserve. I have learned so much already about the waste industry and look forward to expanding my knowledge.

Outside of work I like to spend most of my time with family and friends especially my grandma! When I am not with them, I am with my partner doing something outdoors. We love to wild camp at any chance we get best place we have been so far is Wales and what a trip that was.
