Windsor Integrated Services Group celebrates another successful year at 2026 annual celebration
Windsor Integrated Services Group (WISG) has celebrated another successful financial year with its annual company conference and celebration, bringing together teams from Windsor Waste Management and Zest Recycle for an evening of achievements, recognition and looking ahead to the future.
Held on Friday, 2nd October at The Heron Country Club, the event brought colleagues from across both businesses together to reflect on the past financial year, celebrate key milestones and recognise the people who have helped make the year a success.
Hosted by Group Commercial Director, Roland Archer, the event provided an opportunity to look back at the progress made across Windsor Waste Management and Zest Recycle, while also giving employees an insight into what is coming next for both businesses.
The evening covered a wide range of highlights from the year, including business growth, new initiatives, industry achievements and developments across both companies. With plenty of exciting plans already underway, the event also offered a glimpse into the group’s ambitions for the year ahead.
A key part of the evening was the employee awards, with the WISG board recognising individuals and teams for their hard work, contribution and achievements throughout the year. Awards were presented by Roland Archer, Kari Logan and Tony Windsor, celebrating the people behind the group’s continued success.
The formal part of the evening was balanced with team-building activities, good food and plenty of opportunities for colleagues from Windsor Waste Management and Zest Recycle to spend time together away from their usual working environment.
And, of course, the evening didn’t end with the awards. Once the formalities were over, the celebrations continued with an after-party, giving everyone the chance to let their hair down and celebrate the year together.

The 2026 celebration reflects WISG’s continued focus on its people, its customers and its ambitions for the future, with both Windsor Waste Management and Zest Recycle entering the new financial year with plenty more in the pipeline.
With another year wrapped up, the group can look back on a year of progress, and forward to what comes next.
