This October, the team at Windsor Waste Management and are taking on an exciting challenge to walk 100 miles in support of SNAP (Special Needs and Parents) Charity. The goal? To raise vital funds for a cause that's close to our hearts.
What is SNAP Charity?
SNAP is a local charity that supports families across Essex, offering guidance, compassion, and hope to parents of children with additional needs or disabilities. They provide their services to children aged 0-25 years, ensuring families can access help regardless of whether there is a formal diagnosis or professional referral.
The work SNAP does is life-changing. Whether it’s offering emotional support, expert advice, or practical assistance, they are dedicated to making the journey easier for families navigating the challenges that come with additional needs or disabilities.
Our Ongoing Partnership with SNAP
At Windsor Waste Management, we have proudly supported SNAP for several years, helping them to continue their amazing work in the community. This fundraiser is another opportunity for us to give back, with all proceeds being added to our existing collection, which will be presented to the charity later this year.
