Hosted on Friday, 19th September, the evening brought the team together for a night of reflection, recognition, and celebration. The conference followed a carefully planned schedule designed to showcase both the company’s rich history and its exciting vision for the future.
25 Years of Windsor Waste Management
The evening began with the history of Windsor Waste Management shared by Owner & Founder, Tony Windsor, setting the tone for a celebration of teamwork and growth. Guests then enjoyed a buffet before participating in a lively team competition.
What followed was an engaging session on what’s next for the business, highlighting ongoing investment, innovation, and the company’s future direction. This transitioned to a heartfelt Award Presentation, recognising long service and outstanding contributions from members of the Windsor Waste Management team.
One of the most moving moments of the evening was the screening of a “Memorable Moments” video, capturing the company’s milestones, growth, and the people who have shaped its success. A closing speech rounded off the formal proceedings before guests carried the celebrations into the after-party. The night concluded with carriages at midnight.
